Ordered an item and they created a shipping label that sat unmoving for 2 months. When I emailed someone about it the representative āChris Tamsā gave me a sassy reply back saying it was my fault for not contacting them. I was told a new item would be sent as a replacement and the same story again, sitting with a shipping label created and not moving. Donāt by from this trash hole company. I wish I could give it a zero star but it wonāt let me.
