Refund Policy

Returns & Restocking Fees

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt; however, returns due to a change of heart will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. Please note that shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be received in the same condition it was sent (whether used or brand new, as applicable) and must be in its original packaging.

Warranty Information

  • Products manufactured by us are covered by a 90-day warranty.

  • Products manufactured by other companies are covered by a 30-day warranty.

Repairs & Restocking Fees for Defective Items

If a product is defective beyond the warranty period, we offer repair services for a fee, which includes both parts and labor.

  • If the item is defective and the customer is not willing to pay for the repair, we will apply a 30% restocking fee should they choose to return it.

  • If we complete the repair and return the item to the customer, no restocking fee will be charged.

  • If the customer no longer wants the product after repair is completed, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

Damage or Lost Orders/Packages

Orders and packages will be covered by Navidium insurance, provided it was selected at checkout. If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, customers must file a claim by contacting us.

We do not cover refunds for orders that were placed without insurance in the event of lost or damaged items.

Exchanges

All of our miners are tested before shipping. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us before shipping at support@bitcoinmerch.com with a detailed request.

Return Process

All return claims must be approved via email before shipping. Please send a detailed request to support@bitcoinmerch.com. We will not accept returns shipped to us without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided via email.

For customers outside the USA, return shipping fees and the cost of sending a replacement item are the customer's responsibility. For customers within the USA, we will provide a free return label, but the customer must cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Perishable goods, consumables, food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Hardware Wallets, Seed Key Backups

  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, services, or support

  • Health and personal care items

  • Gifts, promotional products

Do not return any purchase directly to the manufacturer unless told otherwise by our team.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • An item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • The return is made over 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain timeframe. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to post).

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

  4. If you still have not received your refund, email us at support@bitcoinmerch.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return amount. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

  • If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments made with cryptocurrency cannot be reversed or refunded. Instead, store credit will be issued for returns or cancellations.
