Refund Policy

Returns & Restocking Fees

We accept returns within 120 days from the date of receipt. Returns due to a change of mind are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, items must be received in the same condition they were sent (whether used or new, as applicable) and in the original packaging.


Warranty Information

All products are covered by a 120-day warranty.

This warranty includes repair or replacement, whichever we determine is most appropriate.

Warranty is void if the product has been tampered with, modified, or overclocked in any way.

Repairs & Defective Items

If a product is defective outside the warranty period, we offer paid repair services on certain products (parts and labor).

  • If the customer declines repair, a 30% restocking fee will apply for returns

  • If we complete the repair and return the item, no restocking fee applies

  • If the customer requests a return after repair is completed, a 30% restocking fee will apply


Damage or Lost Packages

Orders are covered by Navidium insurance only if selected at checkout.

If an item is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Customers must contact us to file a claim

  • Orders placed without insurance are not eligible for refunds or replacements


Exchanges

All miners are tested prior to shipping. We only replace items if defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, email support@bitcoinmerch.com before shipping with a detailed explanation.


Return Process (RMA Required)

All returns must be approved in advance. Email support@bitcoinmerch.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • USA customers: We provide a free return shipping label

  • International customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs

International returns must:

  • Use a trackable shipping service

  • Be clearly labeled as “RMA / Return for Repair” for customs

Failure to properly label may result in delays or additional charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Hardware wallets and seed backups

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, services, or support

  • Health and personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Perishable goods

  • Promotional or gift items

Do not return products to the manufacturer unless instructed.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Items are returned damaged or with missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Returns are made after 30 days but within the 120-day window


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable.


Gifts

If marked as a gift at purchase, returns will be issued as store credit.

If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely.

We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible and non-refundable. Returns or cancellations will be issued as store credit.


Customs & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

If a package is lost due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued.
