Whale Pass – Extended Warranty

The Whale Pass gives you extended warranty coverage for your miners for as long as your membership remains active.

What’s Included

• Extends your standard warranty beyond the original 120-day period
• Coverage includes repair or replacement, whichever we determine is most appropriate
• Applies to all eligible products purchased after your Whale Pass is activated
• Also applies to products purchased prior to joining, as long as they are still within their original 120-day warranty period at the time of signup

What’s Not Covered

• Products outside of their original 120-day warranty at the time of Whale Pass activation
• Any form of physical damage (fall damage, water damage, improper handling, etc.)
• Products that have been tampered with, modified, or overclocked
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

Important Notes

• Coverage is only active while your Whale Pass membership is active
• If your membership lapses, warranty coverage ends immediately
• All claims must go through our standard RMA process
