Seller had great Communications he kept me posted a few times a week telling me that it was on the way I paid for two day shipping I think I got it in 15 or 16 days. But you know California is on fire so he had to deal with employees having to leave to check on their families because of the fire but the gamma works great
Ordered on december 5th took till january 16th to get it and the thing wont even work. i set it up followed youtube videos trying to solve the problem and it wont hash. what a joke
Ordered for 338.13$ on 28th of November 2024. Have not received anything, and no information or communication about my order.

This is my first miner. It was fairly easy to set up. I had a couple of questions but the support team was quickly able to give me the answers I needed. Fun to watch it hash and participate in the mining process.
I ordered 2 miners on December 2nd. It took these people over 30 days to ship the products because they did not actually have the items in stock.
The site tried to compensate for this by stating there was a wait period after I placed the orders.
I found this practice disingenuous because if I had known they didn't have the product, I would have ordered elsewhere. They stole that chance from me by not being clear about what is in stock and what isn't.
My confidence is now low in this site and it makes me delay any further purchases.
