The company responded to me in a racist and xenophobic manner. Customer service was the worst experience because I don't speak English and they used Google Translate. Don't let yourselves be mistreated by these people who do not represent the majority of wonderful Americans.

This miner is 40% the speed of other's I have purchased for less that look identical, but use a faster chip package. But, this is a legit miner, with the proper software and case, and you can see it working on the public web site. It is Waugh-2 in the photo below. Waugh-3 is there little Lotto Miner, which is just for fun. No assembly is required, it comes in a nice plastic case well protected, along with QR code cards you can scan for instructions if you are not familiar with how to set them up. In addition, they include a little surprise that is a nice touch. All in all, they are a legit company, and none of these are for serious miners anyway.
