Paid a lot of money for this so one would expect it to be new and unused. Unfortunately received the item in a box that look to have been opened, limited to no packaging, scratched/cracked plexiglass cover that had no factory stickers to peel off. Had to default unit as it was looking for a different network already.
Contacted support about 15 times, each time getting a reply with something along the lines of "leave it with me I'll get this sorted" but everytime there would be zero follow up meaning I'd have to report again and get the same thing. It finally got a reply of, please send the unit back at your cost for replacement.
I live in Australia and had they posted a brand new unit in the first place I wouldn't have to pay the excessive postage fees to have my unit sent across the globe with no promise of even getting anything returned. I am left with no choice but to keep it and take the loss.
I was going to purchase more gear from them but this experience has left me uninterested in dealing with them again.
Update: they have read this review and started another email trail of rinse and repeat ignoring the issues regarding the physical condition of the unit when it arrived and continue to only reply to parts of the emails with pointless "support" that really only feels like a lazy reply to get the issue off their system. It's a different name each time too.
Please resolve this, the unit is now not even functioning and will not hash at all. I've followed all instructions, I have other similar systems and experience with this gear, its not user error, you sent me a used/returned unit and I would like someone to listen to my replacement requests.
