I purchased a bitaxe with upgrades from BitcoinMerch for over $300 USD ($400+ AUD) including shipping to Australia. I had an issue with the unit as it was faulty... It took a little bit to sort it out but once I was in contact with Albert Perales, he sorted out the issue very fast with a replacement and a refund for the return postage. I was quite abrupt and irate but Albert was calm and awesome to deal with. He single-handedly has restored my faith in BitCoinMerch. Great support and customer service!!
