I ordered a product from them in January and it hasn't arrived since. I contacted customer service, first they said the shipment was delayed due to the fire there, then they said the product would be shipped within 2-3 business weeks. It didn't arrive. I asked for my money back, they said they would contact me via email within 12-24 hours, and then they would refund the money within 5-7 business days. $95.50 I was disappointed in them and unfortunately I can say that they scammed me out of money. I don't recommend the company to anyone because they are scammers.
This is a pretty easy install, especially while using the YouTube video and this is my first miner
I ordered one Gamma from Bitcoinmerch, and another from competitor. The one for Bitcoinmerch took a couple months to arrive, the competitor a few days. However, on the Bitcoinmerch unit the unit ran cooler, quieter, and lower power. I noticed it had a better heat sink, and a better fan.
