So upon buying these I wasn’t expecting to actually hit a block. It was more a gimmick than anything else. Shortly after receiving them and getting them up and running I noticed them constantly restarting and losing connection. Funnily enough around this time I received an email about problems with them and how to re-flash them. That’s ok I don’t mind doing a bit of work if it means there is a patch to fix the issue. Off I went, found the YouTube video, re-flashed each miner and got them back online. All seemed well for a few days and then it started happening all over again. Like I said I didn’t expect to hit a block with these as I think you have more chance of being hit by a meteor but I did expect them to work.
I gave them two stars instead of one as they look great and the fact I had to do a bit of tinkering to re-flash them wasn’t a bad experience. I just wish it would have worked.
Firstly they take forever to ship! then they charge extra for the stand and send poor quality products (cheap chinese adapter/fan/heatsinks) which have issues even going 625MHz as it immediately overheats. Then their customer support is even worse! Save yourself trouble and buy elsewhere!

I ordered a product from them in January and it hasn't arrived since. I contacted customer service, first they said the shipment was delayed due to the fire there, then they said the product would be shipped within 2-3 business weeks. It didn't arrive. I asked for my money back, they said they would contact me via email within 12-24 hours, and then they would refund the money within 5-7 business days. $95.50 I was disappointed in them and unfortunately I can say that they scammed me out of money. I don't recommend the company to anyone because they are scammers.
